Ok so looking at my button routing, all directions are set to zero, which would explain why the cursor wont move!

Just going to go read the manual to see if I can learn how to button route correctly!

It is literally a duplicate of the previous menu with the button links changed.

I tried setting the previous end action to place the cursor on the second button ( Next ) and it does, but again, you cannot move the cursor off that button. Again it works fine in the encore preview, but not on the burnt DVD.

    Thanks for looking again Steve.
    That is a major frustration!

The station that was made on is now being used on another job with a tighter deadline. Am weary of upgrading mid project as when we upgraded Avid on this workstation, it was out of commission for a few days!
I will upgrade to 6.5.1 ASAP and let you know if that cures the problem. But this might not be until after the weekend.

On a brighter note, the client has seen what I have done currently and loves it. Did point out errors, but they didn’s seem to care! This is just one for my own personal development.

Thanks again Steve. I owe you one!

Well I tried changing the camera to another default, and the amount that the images were shifting did change, but they were still visible as being in the wrong place.

A couple of stills are here:

    Hey Steve.
Thanks for getting back to me.

Regardless of how the Z-coordinate values appear, are the layers in the proper (visual) position when viewed in other views such as top/side/perspective?

Yeah they are all shown to be in a position that is exactly the same as the solid with the stroke when viewed from the top and front.

Do you have any parenting going on? The position of a parented layer may not show the Z-position you expect.

I did have parenting to start off with, but I removed it all when this problem started and typed in the positions manually.
