Yes. I have a package for AfterEffects. It includes animated circles, arrows, digits and graphs. They are just miscellaneous graphics to enhance the visual aspect of the video. They could also be called widgets. I found a Vegas callout pack source but would love to see variations.

This forum is now and has always been an invaluable information source. I appreciate the solution you gave. It works and I agree it doesn’t seem useful that they removed the spots. Makes one wonder what else they have hidden that was simply intuitive before.
