    Looks like it is not specific to CS3. Downloaded CS4, created a new document and tried Larry Ha, Nancy Ha, Able Ham.

    Indexed them like this:

    Ha, Larry
    Ham, Able
    Ha, Nancy

    Really an absurd error. I have submitted it as a bug to Adobe.
