I think I found a piece of info that might be the cause of the problem. When I export, quicktime conversion reports the native resolution of compressor as much lower than the actual file (800×480 vs 1080i) perhaps causing the final 720p render to upscale causing the pixelation… Is there a way to set the native compressor resolution manually? Any idea whats going on here?

Yes, I have that option enabled. To be more specific, im getting what are called ‘jaggies’ on all the edges. Like I mentioned previously, I did not have any problems for a month, then from one day to another jagged lines appear in everything I export, no matter what setting I choose…
