it’s actually Adobe’s Help page, and it contains a glossary of terms and links to forums and such.
I’m also trying to finally learn some expressions. I find it helps me to keep a running text file open where I can cut, paste and rewrite expressions while i’m working. I’m slowly building up my own library.

Sorry, I know this is an ancient post and you’ve probably already come up with a work around.
I’ve had the same problem. Are you using 3d Layers? the Layer styles don’t like it, and will click on and off if the 3d layers aren’t arranged just right, or if you have a 2d layer in between.
