Thanks! We’re getting closer but thats still not exactly what I need.

I need each still to last 15 frames. With this method, I was able to get them down to the right length at the right spot but during the 15 frames, there is movement. How can I make it so that it is just a still image during those 15 frames?

Unfortunately, the frames I want to use for my stop motion are not evenly spaced out. We knew we were doing stop motion so we let the camera run, adjusted the scene then stepped out, left the camera running and repeated. So there are some segments where the crew is in the shot.
