Also, I rendered it as an AC3 file too, which i think might be the audio problem’s solution.

I’ve gone through about every codec, with the output container being a .avi file, .WAV audio, and now when I play them in the timeline they still play fine, but this time in the render, the video is there but the audio is missing. What format does my video need to be in to fix this?

Alright, what would be a proper codec to change it to?

The codec is XviD, the name says XviD ISO MPEG-4. It says I have the codec installed.

Yes, they do play fine on the timeline, but the ones that don’t work after rendering are .avi files, while the ones that do work are .mp4. Is there an easier way to fix this than having to change ever file?

Sorry for all the posts, I’m new here, but I figured something out from what I see. The only videos that don’t show up(all black) are all from my camcorder, the ones that work are from a different camcorder. The ones from my camcorder(that don’t work) are .avi files, the ones from the other camcorder(that do work) are .mp4 files. Would the file format be the problem?
