As Kalle mentions the wave speed is default 1 second, but a quick fix for making a loop on uneven seconds is just to duplicate the layer, place the beginning of the duplicated layer aligned to the ending of the original and adjust the wave speed until they match perfectly and then ofc delete the duplicate
