Its for a animation on live footage for a censorship project. I am going to scribble out eyes and mouth, so have exported every fourth frame to scribble because thats the style i want and then am going to place the scribbles over the top using after effects. I know that i can paint in after effects but i prefer using photoshop because of the way my graphics tablet is set up. This was the quickest way i could think of.

Sorry i dont think i phrased that right.
I have a piece of video footage of a city thats panning left.
I want to use the paint tool to draw an illustration over it, but want it to stay on the exact position on the video footage. So my problem is that when that frame moves my illustration isn’t in line with the building i want. Is there an easier way of doing it than using thousands of position keyframes which make it look jerky.
