I just figured it out. I used track motion instead of Video Event FX and I can now downsize the picture as much as I want.

I looked into some software and may consider getting Adobe Animate. It seems like that should do the job but it will require some learning.

Thankfully I have some basic knowledge of keyframing already. I just have 1 specific question. I was originally against using keyframes because I may need to move a mass number of objects at once, like at 2:28 of this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OImabGvoQNs&t=152s#t=2m28s

Do I have to do the keyframe for each individual square on the screen? That seems like quite a bit of work. Is there an easier way to do this?
