No. It will not!! I’ve had this problem last year when I upgraded from 2 to 3. Leave the version 2 plug ins in your plug in folder while you work with the projects that you have created with version 2. You can install version 3 in the meantime,

It’s kind of complex what you want. But one thing is for sure: you need Particular from Trapcode. Then get into all the specifics of this very rich plug in and I think you will find some answers

Try the ‘particular’ plug in from Trapcode and use the ‘auxiliary’ particles generator.

Yes, that’s what I always do when I’m creating a MPEG2 file. Only this tricj doesn’t work with MPEG1 because I can’t put those files together as far as I know, or is there a way to do this??

Hi Jerry,

Just solved the problem. I had put the render settings to highest possible YUV. When I put them back to 8 bit YUV. it worked again. I also ordered 2 gigs of extra RAM, that I’m going to put in tomorrow and then I hope I can render in high YUV.

I would say Windows Media Player. You can export to WMP straight from After Effects
