Hi there,
I really hope to get some help here.
I have the same problem with Mocha, but the new installation of ae did not solve the problem.
I tried to convert the video file to different files but it does not work ?
Mocha always shows up with a blank project and choosing the file manually shows up the error corrupted or unsupported file. (like on the screenshots of Glenn)
I am working with windows 10 and have installed ae cc2017 now.
Perhaps you can help me 🙂
