I DID SPLIT THIS IN TO 2 AND 3 PARTS, EVEN I GET THE SAME BLURY. HOW CAN I FIX IT?

I imported avi files in to encore, they were in wide screen settings wich i did in a adobe premier, the avi file was ok, the project preview was ok, but when it was burnt to a dvd it is blury. can some one please advise me to get it fixed, its very urgent. please.
it was a bog project comes around for 3.45 hrs, i did try to export to encore from premier, it say the project will not fit on the media with the current settings. how can i make is better quality?
