Long time after your initial response… If i have several external drives, can i name the fcpx events and projects folders differently? Its confusing to have several drives, all with identical event/project folder names.

No Data issue:

In my case, I have the clips, fully available to scrub through, in my event (project). But, the folder their in doesn’t show up as named – rather, it reads “No Data.”

Any ideas?

just to get this particular thread back on, well, thread… my question has to do with hdcam originated material, not hdv, so the issue i’m keen on knowing about is dvcpro vs. prores… hdv is not an option for finishing my hdcam film.
