Noob mistake. In AE’s export settings i had FPS “best” which probably are 24 and it of course should be 25 like original.

I export my porject to AVI and then import it to premiere but when I move fram by frame in premiere’s timeline, video moves forwards only in every second frame. So every second frame are in place or something… Both projects are pal FPS 25. Why’s that?

Some thresold and transfer mode to normal and now it looks little better. I was just trying to use mask before…
