Thanks for the suggestions. All cable are connected and function properly. To answer your volume question, you can hear it a little if you turn the volume control to 100%. This is true in 2 different DVD players I am using to test the issue.
If I play the DVD in my computer DVD player through PowerDVD, it workd fine. Why would it work here and not in another player? Is it possible that there is something wrong with the way I am rendering the ac3? Current settings are “Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, Stereo.”

Can you suggest any other ways to help troubleshoot the issue? How would I be able to tell if it’s bad media or DVD burner?
