Apparently, there are some transcription software that can use a quicktime movie ! The person who is going to do that for this film is highly professional.

yes. It was my mistake, I first used the Time code generator filter.
Now it works and I have started a batch conversion.

oups
I tried the Timecode filter, but it burns the timeline TC not the original tape TC. I could not figure out a way to change that.
Any idea someone ?
