    John and Dave,
You guys are just right about FCP 7, Believe me I feels bad debuting here with such of pathetic post.. “asking for a discontinued plugin that allow me to work with a discontinued software”.

I won’t ask for AD if I had a better option for just this jobb. I love resolve and I use it a lot, but just for this jobb resolve is not an option for me due the lost of some metadata in the audio files.
It’s not money issues that force me to desperately want that plugin, it’s more time issues.

I have now found the Pro Export plugin, I just need the Pro Import plugin.

FCP7 users: if you have used the plugin before you may find it in your plugins folder, I don’t need the installer, just the plugin.

    /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins

    Thank you very much.

    Hernan.

Thank you for your answer Dave,
This is my first time posting here and I’m glad you guys take the time to answer.

I hope I don’t need to go the way you recommend as they are complexed sequences and they have to go back to Avid once the editor is done.

AD let me create proxy files linking to existing media and thats exactly what I need right now.

Hope someone can help me with that.

    Thank you again Dave

    Hernan.
