    Many Thanks for this link… so having read this should I encode all my work using the FLV F4V Format with the setting set to F4V Web Large Pal Source Flash 9.0 and higher….(in Adobe media encoder) and is that using the H.264 encoding as there is no mention of that in the settings panel for this format?
