Hi Ron,

I’m trying to print to tape using the GV-HD700 and FCP 6.0.1 but can’t get the darn thing to work. I’ve tried switching to just DV instead of Auto. I’ve tried turning off the deck and unplugging the firewire cable all to no avail. Any suggestions?

Has anyone read the link Michael Palmer added to his 1st response to Ronnie Martin’s question? There’s some interesting solutions to finding cheaper cards for the EX1/EX3. Has anyone tried one of these solutions? Sadly I also tried to cheat the cost of Sony’s cards by purchasing the 16gb Lexar only to discover it was incompatible.
