Did you ever have the program running on your computer? If you need help re-installing let me know.

I’ll give you a link on how to totaly get rid of it so you re-install it – I had a problem like that a few days ago.

Thanks for your quick responses but I figured out an esier way to do it – I just dragged the layers that only went to 5 seconds to to the end of my comp, they were already keyframed so it didn’t matter. I didn’t know you could drag the layers out to wherever you want. I had to time remap the text layer though becuase for some reason it wouldn’t drag to then end of my comp or even a budge.

I’m a real noob here at after effects.

I almost forgot I wanted the text to look like thick glass that would have the clouds reflecting of the glass text a little.

Thanks for your reply. I did do an uninstall from the add remove programs (windows XP) but it still left stuff in my registry and a few other places on the computer that I would never think of – however I figured out how to get it all off my computer right from the adobe website.

Here’s a link to it if anyone is interested – this is to remove the whole production studio suite but if you just want to remove a certain adobe program from the suite just remove that program only from the directions and not all the other ones, here’s the link:

You guys on this forum know a lot of awesome stuff about everything to do with computers!

Does anyone know how I can find after effects 7.0 standard in my registy so that I can delete that section of the registry so I can re-install after effects? I think I may be able to re-install it if I do that. I don’t want to wipe my computer clean and then re-install the OS it’s just to much trouble and I did that about 3 months ago and don’t want to do it again at least for a year.

Please help me locate it in my computers registry and tell me how to delete the registry entry for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
