Hi,

I have a mac Os 10.7.2 and exported my sequence without “Use Maximum Render Quality” and I liked the result.
My sequence setting is AVCHD 1960x1080p. The video exported format chosen was H.264 (mp4) with 30fps, which generated a 24.5 Gb file.
My video is divided between still images and videos and its duration is 1h45m.
The estimated time to export using “Maximum Render Quality” is 30 hours!!
For this format (H.264) and on mac 10.7.2, do you think I will have any real gain with the “Use Maximum Render Quality”?

Hello guys,

I’ve created another sequence to build my video. Now I am using a AVCHD 1080p30. My video contains photos and videos. The videos are 720p, but my pictures have very high resolution, 3968×2232. I won’t edit them because there are lot of pictures. So, my question is: What would be the best format for this sequence? mp4? mpg? mpeg? mov? I thought that they are very similar! Are there big quality differences between them? Size is not a problem, but if the formats don’t make big differences on the final product, the smaller one could be sufficient?

Any tips?

Using these settings you´ve suggested, do I need to export it as 1280×720 resolution for show it on a HDTV?
