    Hi Joe Clark,

    Before giving a suggestion to you, I want to know whatever the software’s you have used already because the one I suggest one if you have used already then my suggestion becomes unworthy. So, I can come to a conclusion whether to recommend or not.

    A part form this, I prefer “Adobe After Effects” which helps me to create 2D footage layers in 3D space.
