Davinci Resolve 9 does not support AMD cards on Windows but if you upgrade to Resolve 10 it should work on your current setup that is the AMD 6670, however if you want to run Resolve 9 on Windows you could replace your GPU to an Nvidia GPU like the GTX 570, GTX 670 or a higher model, but the best option would be to simply use Resolve 10 and your current setup should be just fine for a single GPU Windows workstation.
