Hi, Just wondering why you have posted this on the Photoshop forum and not the Premier Pro forum.

I don’t use PP myself, so I don’t know it’s capabilities. From the variety of problems you’re facing I would use Audition as it has some powerful features for correcting things. You are able to get right in to the waveform and also the spectral frequency (which really helps when getting rid of noise).

There is an excellent free audio program called Audacity. https://www.audacityteam.org/

The (free) MediaInfo program is also very useful for finding out all the details of the file.

Have you tried Adobe’s Audition or even possibly Media Encoder?

For our clients we post the video as Private, and then we give the client the YouTube web address for their particular video. So only people that have the video’s address can watch the program. We do not post the video on our own channel.
