Issue has just been solved!!! Dynamic RAM preview set to zero and it now works. I have already rendered two HD movies!

Hi, did you find the solution to your problem? I do have the same rendering problem in Vegas 12 64 bit version when I have a PIP. I have tried several formats PIP but Vegas keeps hanging when rendering PIP.
I am using Windows 7 on 4gb ram. Very frustrating!
