Hi there,

Exact same issue just happen to me. It was working fine yeasterday but now. SIngle frame. I only get video to playback correctly on my computer if I turn the externel video ”off”. From the moment I activate it, it just gives me the single frame on the timeline with the audio playing fine. I know it can’t be my set up as everything is the same and it was working before. Any ideas? I’ve tried all the suggestions and nothing works.
