    Thanks for your replay.

I want to render it just like shadows (only the shadows). Except in this case it’s only where the lights hit the body.

You did gave me an idea. I made the background black, because with the alpha layer it didn’t work that well. I got a weird white line around my body.

So with the background also black it all worked out in AE. I needed to make a precompose of my greenscreen layer above my c4d render and put the render to ‘Alpha Matte’.

    Thank you guys,

Exporting it to a .mov 25fps fix the problem. If you are curious about the end product. Here is the youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mP0HusVHkC8

Thank you guys for your reply.

@Dave LaRonde: AE is giving me the number of my footage. It is straight out of my phone (.mp4). Would you suggest me exporting my footage to a .mov 25 fps? Not sure about the fps. I think it would be better than exporting it to 29.975.

@Tomek Dyszkiewicz: I double checked them all and they all have 29.850 fps. The strange thing is in AE i don’t see any time differents with the two layers, only in my export, but its one and the same export.

I will try and eport it to a .mov 25 fps. I will let you guys know if it worked.
