I have received a number of responses to this post and Iam grateful. I have managed to resolve and get a working arrangement with some of the hammered out. Thanks to all the respondents and thanks to the forum

I get it when I am importing illustrator file. I open the import file dialogue and when I select the illustrator(illustrator 8 file) file thats whne the error comes up.
