My issue initially resolved with changing the audio input in hardware preference. Later it came back as I was switiching between my bluetooth headset and Benq monitor audio. (My monitor audio was not working because I changed HDMI to display port cable). So there was no output from benq and I had Realtek HD audio installed, but no external speakers(used plug in earphones, worked for audio, but stuttering present), LOL.
Solutions:—
1) So whenever I use my bluetooth Bose headphone used with “No input”” selected in audio hardware preference no stuttering.
2) I updated Realtek HD driver , no more stuttering

3) Benq display audio , that was my mistake. In Benq Monitor, there is an option to select audio, I set that to Auto””(previously “PC”)”. Now there is audio (there was no stuttering issue with this audio anytime)
