Thanks for your response. Sorry I did not describe the problem better, here’s a picture.

The gentlemen was wearing a dark shirt with a white pattern on it. The lines are coming from the shirt (I think) maybe it is the way the light hits the shirt?

Thanks. I will contact cineform. In Vegas the glitch is a stutter- that disappears after it renders- but makes it difficult to edit
