    Hi Mike.
    Thanks for the web address.
    I have tried the various things mentioned but with no success so far.I am left with logging into the system as an administrator.
    Could you tell me haw how i go about doing this as i have run out of ideas?

    Thanks for the info Harm.
    Unfortunatly Premiere is recognised but after it has loaded and i press F5 to capture,thats when i have the message appear.
    Thanks anyway.

    I had already tried that, but,i confess i hadn`t taken the battery out,somthing else i`ve learned.Thanks.
    Have now tried again with the battery removed but still to no avail.
    The full message i get is, CAN`T ACTIVATE-TRY RESETTING CAMERA.
    Do you think i should try leaving the Lithium battery out for a few minutes and then trying again?
    Any idea what a third party capture card is?
