A single shooting clip which file size is greater than 4GB and file is split in SD memory card might lose a few frames of audio and video at the spanned portion on a time line of Premiere Pro CS4

try to scan you card on Linux
if you card have any info you can save it.

Had same problem. licky me we shoot with 2 cam.

Now I push stop every 20 min in PH mode.
