Hello Buddy,

After long fustration with the same problem you had we think we have a solution. We magically turned the video track on and off. The phantom clip that it had become known around the office disappeared. We will keep you posted on our problems and you keep us posted on yours. Maybe we can support eachother through this awful situation. And hopefully FCP will fix this problem if it happens to enough people.
