    Hi, Get exactly the same errors.
    Windows 7 + CS6 encore.
    Tried running as administrator – seemed to work but then exact;y same PresetProber.cpp-267 error as you.

    Did you resolve?

    This error is driving me nuts and is meaning that i am having to look elsewhere to do my authoring.

    Reloaded Windows and CC with no luck.
