Sorry for two posts again.
The system as described started out configured this way with the space on the drive as described. It is having this problem from the get go, and was not “working fine” and then stopped.
Sorry about the my name change too, my work computer logs me in as Sprocketz and my home computer logs me in with my name.

The drive and laptop have been used with Avid DVXpress Pro and the Mojo so there is media on the drive already from prior projects plus a sound effects library that takes up about 100gig. Avid with Mojo played 1:1 8 bit on this hardware config with no problems.
