Not quite…so I have finished movie on dvd that views fine in a dvd player. When I go into vegas it seems I have to use import dvd camcoder disc to get this finished movie into vegas. When I do this, the movie is split into 20 different .mpg files in the project section. I then have to select all the mpg files and drag them into the top edit section. After the peaks are built, if I scroll to the right, I can see where each mpg has a small space where it meets with the next mpg. So if I do nothing and hit play, when it gets to this spot in the movie, you can hear the audio skip or jump for lake of better words. As I mentioned in my first post, someone saying, “I am in the basement, can you hear me” sounds like, “I am in the base, can you hear me”. The word basement is cut short. And I cannot seem to match up the audio so you don’t get that cut or skip.
