Hi,
I had the same problem and since I found a solution, which may not be the best, but once you master it, it works perfectly.
I’m talking about the rendering of transitions.
I got the same problem once the file was rendered: green and withe lines each time there was a transition.
I learned to work with transparency, I put transparency at the end of one clip and another at the beginning of following clip.
The firs fading out and the second fading in. The two clips must over lap. In that way you create you own transitions.
I didn’t read the all topic cause it was too long, but if at the end you found a solution better than mine, I’ll be glad to know it and see where the problem comes from.
