The flag of sweden at the top was recropped with method #2 and I was able to decrease height and width enough to fit the still image right into the frame of the window displaying the Snake Man character.
The USA flag was cropped with method #1 and as you can see I can’t decrease the width any further (height is small enough) and it won’t fit into the frame perfectly.

Thanks. Unless someone else has a suggestion on a workaround for method #1, I’ll give this a try.
