I agree, I always use quicktime, the image quality is much better and the file size is smaller.
I really don’t understand why people keep using AVI…
What’s the advantage? Is there any?

Go back to Photoshop and rename the layers in alphabetical order or create numbers for the layers. After Effects is arranging all of them in the alphabetical order, that’s why they are not where they should be.
