<p>&#8211; accurate transparencies ?</p>

<p>basically each clip gets moved by lets say 10 frames after the previous one,and the next one follows suit. like an automap feature or something?</p>

<p>there definitely isnt any gaps in pp however they get added in ae.</p>
<p>and they get added at seemingly random.</p>
<p>only the last clip has it (if you look closely in the last picture)</p>

<p>my shadows dont have blending modes (its just the &#8220;drop shadow&#8221; effect preset.)</p>
<p>i guess maybe because the background is lighter the shadows appear lighter too (+ loss of date from exporting in 8bit color depth format png).</p>
<p>i will try again using the settings you suggested.</p>

<p>im working on a 30+ minute long video with tons of moving parts, animations, title cards ,2x hd footage(PiP style),dynamic backgrounds, drop shadow (the works).also everything needs to be timed and synced down to the frame.</p>

<p>i simply used the eyedrop to copy the brightest part of the start ramp and the darkest part of the end ramp. however it blends the two colors &#8220;too smoothly&#8221;. even with ramp scatter set to zero. i want the ridges to be kinda&hellip;</p>

<p>im exploring the project file to see whats under the hood and try to replicate it on my own.</p>
<p>for some reason it just didnt click in my head to make it pointy on the right and indented on the left. your solution is very elegant in its complexity. thank you again!</p>
