Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to get ahold of the Meyer’s books that you mentioned. I work at a Public Library, so I can probably get them through Interlibrary Loan. I will also try turning the visibility off on the gray solid layer. Thanks again!

Thanks for the heads up regarding the ALT-double click command. However, I still can’t figure out why I am getting a gray solid in front of my other layers after completing the 2 steps right after the ALT-double click.
