Sorry to say this is a known issue with the Cylinder. If you did not do the GPU recall/change do it. But even then it will happen when it gets warmer. 4k footage triggers it more.

This is why Resolve folks are moving to PC’s

From what I understand Apple App Store versions of Resolve can have many issues. But also only the Paid version can see more then one GPU. The FREE version will always only see one.

MAke sure the the RED card has the latest drivers. v12.5 needs that.

What video card are you using? Is Blackmagic this might be because the BM driver is not v10.5.4
