I am lucky that you had this result. I did not have any hits for auto keyframe.

This is rather old post, but I just upgraded to CS4 and my MBP 2.5ghz that was fine with CS3 becomes unresponsive until the rendering drags to the end. I can not do anything while AE renders, not even read mail.
