Thanks Rolf, that certainly helps and is great information.

Another quick question for you (or anyone), is it possible for roles to see some custom user fields or tabs in the web client but not others? We have seem to be able to do it in the desktop version but was wondering if it was possible for the web client.

True true, forgot about that. Drop your clips into compressor, change the frame rate to 23.98 in Video Settings, then in the frame controls tab turn Rate Conversion to Better.

Screenflow is awesome. It will definitely be high quality, larger than HD. If it comes out pixelated then you’re exporting it out incorrectly.

There are plenty of threads on this issue. It is only exporting 30 second because that is how long the Flip4Mac license will let you export without purchasing an upgrade.

In the Viewer window, go to the Motion tab and you’ll see an option for Rotation.

Sounds like the attributes are getting messed up somehow. Check the distortion and scaling tab in the attributes tab in the Viewer.

Another option, right click on one of the clips that looks good and copy. Highlight the clips that look bad and select paste attributes.

Are you watching the stretched movie in quicktime? Try going up to Movie Properties under Window. Go over to the Presentation tab then uncheck and check the bottom option, where it has the drop down menu saying clean, encoded pixels, etc. See if unchecking and checking that box fixes the image.
