  • Did you ever get any answers to this question, perhaps elsewhere?

I would be very interested in hearing what other folks say. I have a Letus extreme and I’ve put a variety of Nikon lenses on it from old, old MF lenses up to more up-to-date AF lenses (of course the AF doesn’t work with it).

I read yesterday that lenses that only open up to f2.8 are considered “slow” for use with a Letus. That leaves me with only older MF lenses like a 28mm (f/2) and a 50mm (f1.8).

But like I said, I’ve tried all my Nikon lenses and they seemed to work fine. Still, I haven’t used my Letus enough to give any definitive answers so if anyone else can weigh in, I’d appreciate it!
