Okay I downloaded the avid codecs but which one will be better the avid DV100 or the avid DNxHD? And what is the difference between the two? Thanks for your help.

I have to take it into Avid because I am a student and the school I go to uses Avid to layback to D5. They do it for free so Avid is my only option.
