I came upon a small Intuos Pro version about the same price with that medium Intuos you mentioned. It has tilt recognition and x2 higher pressure sensitivity. Which one is a better choice? Smaller dimensions with higher sensitivty and tilt recognition, or larger dimensions with half the sensitivty and no tilt recognition?

Under the “exam preparation checklist” on your website it says: “I have a minimum of five years experience with After Effects…I have two or more years experience creating motion graphics”… etc… So these are not some kind of precondition? I am familiar with AE but to be honest not that long.

By the way, does the same thing you said apply to Premiere Pro as well? In its preparation checklist it says, “I have at least 3 years experience with editing in a professional environment”.

I am using AE CS6 version 11.0.2.

Project only involves NTSC D1 , H.264 , .mov footage.

System: i7-3770k , 32gb ram, geforce gtx670 – 4gb vram

This might be a solution:

First rescale your master null (i mean your actual null). Then create a second null at the same position with your master null and make it the child of the master null. Then parent your other layers to this second null (not to the master null).

That overlapping happens itself when that error message shows up. That is not how i set the inner and outer boxes.

Thanks for the reply.

I know there are lots of alternative ways of achieving that result. I just want to know why Layer Style Drop Shadow didn’t work with the Adjustment Layer while the Drop Shadow effect did.

Thanks for the reply Roland.

Considering the disk was all empty at the beginning and had 111 gb available space, doesn’t 100 gb suit that calculation? Or am i getting it wrong? My math sucks.:(

By the way, may i ask where that 10% information comes from? Because i didn’t see such a thing in adobe help. The only related part i could find was that:

“In After Effects CS5.5, the application checks to make sure that you have 10 GB free above what is set in Preferences > Media & Disk Cache. After Effects warns you if there is not enough room for the disk cache.”

(I am using CS6).
