Basically, you open cinema, draw your box, press the pink button for setting a keyframe (it looks like little key), then scale up your box, move the timeline cursor (where you move from frame to frame) and move to say frame 10 and press the pink key button again.. then try to see how it works.. or just watch some basic tutorials
