    I forgot to mention to export the contents of the bin. You can EXPORT the whole folder as jpegs or tifs and you will be asked for each item you saved to the bin when you select EXPORT and see the pulldown menu.

    The Simplest & Quickest

    1 Create a new bin in your exisiting sequence PROJECT FILE TAB called RIGHTS
    2 Scrub through your timeline
    3 When you happen upon your first image, right click on your left VIEWER window
    4 Choose FREEZE FRAME from your MODIFY pull down menu
    5 DRAG the image from VIEWER window to newly created bin & DROP IT in the new bin
    5a When you do, you’ll see the timing of the CLIP [Image]
    6 Rename the CLIP [Image] by CLICKING IN THE TEST FIELD with the name of the image that will help you remember it
    7 Repeat Steps 2-6
